In general, to be qualified to apply as a professional worker for Express Entry, you must have at least one year of continuous full-time or part-time equivalent job experience in a qualified profession in the last 10 years.
Be able to demonstrate your language competency with a minimum of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 7 in either English or French.
Completed post-secondary education with an Educational Certificate Evaluation measured against Canadian requirements.
To understand about the Eligibility for Express Entry, there is no one-size-fits-all type of profile. A comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score will be computed for the candidates who join the pool. Later, an invitation to apply is more likely earned by those who rank higher. Language proficiency, age, job experience level, education, and Canadian connections are the selection factors that can affect your CRS ranking.
Ideal candidates for Express Entry must satisfy the following requirements:
Be less than 30 years of age, have a Master’s Degree or at least two Bachelor’s degrees
Being willing to show moderate to high proficiency in English and/or French (Canadian Language Benchmark [CLB] level eight or higher)
Have at least 3 years of skilled job experience.
